Challenges are meant to reveal your strength

   Ref: Afterwards, the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the lonely wilderness to reveal His strength against the accuser. Matt 4:1 Most times, when the Holy Spirit leads you into lonely wildernesses(times of trials), He's actually doing that to reveal the strength you have got against the devil. One thing you should know is that the Holy Spirit will never do anything to make a shame or mess of you. He will never lead you into processes and tests to disgrace you. That's why the bible teaches that God will never allow you to pass through a challenge or temptation that you can not bear. That means that if He is allowing you through a process now, then it's there to reveal your strength. Not your strength in yourself or your abilities. But your strength in Jesus.  Now, this is what the devil does; He keeps throwing those trials and hurdles at you to question your identity and strength. That was what He did to Jesus. What do you have now ?

The rate at which people are getting anxious, tired, depressed, and frustrated these days has been on an increase. I almost lost 3 of my friends to these things, but thank God they picked up once they discovered the solution to their problems. That's what I will be sharing here. I have discovered the true cause of depression, anxiety, and frustration. I found out that everyone I have spoken to or counseled as regards this issue, all gave similar replies. They were all focusing on the wrong details of their lives.  They were paying so much attention to all the things they couldn't or have not been able to do, they were focusing so much on what they have not been able to get right, and they were absorbed in all the things they couldn't control. They had lost sight of all their strengths and were now focusing on their weaknesses. Such focus will only end up draining strength and hope from you.
