Challenges are meant to reveal your strength

 
 Ref: Afterwards, the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the lonely wilderness to reveal His strength against the accuser. Matt 4:1

Most times, when the Holy Spirit leads you into lonely wildernesses(times of trials), He's actually doing that to reveal the strength you have got against the devil.

One thing you should know is that the Holy Spirit will never do anything to make a shame or mess of you. He will never lead you into processes and tests to disgrace you. That's why the bible teaches that God will never allow you to pass through a challenge or temptation that you can not bear.

That means that if He is allowing you through a process now, then it's there to reveal your strength. Not your strength in yourself or your abilities. But your strength in Jesus. 
Now, this is what the devil does; He keeps throwing those trials and hurdles at you to question your identity and strength.

That was what He did to Jesus. First, he questioned Jesus's identity by saying," if you are the son of God, do so and so.. and then he questioned Jesus's strength by asking him to jump off a high mountain. See, the devil's strategies are still the same. He's not changed it. He wants you to doubt your strength in Jesus and your identity in Jesus.

I love how Jesus responded. He used what He knew God has said. You too must use what you know God has said about you. He has said He will be your strength, He has said He will go with you through fire and water, He has said he will never leave you nor forsake you, He has said He will never let you be ashamed or disgraced, He has said you are His chosen one and the one He loves dearly... God has said a lot about you and that is what you must use to respond to the devil.

Approach every trial, challenge, test, or waiting period with this mindset. You are in that situation so that God's strength in you will be revealed.  You will surely overcome.

Remember, the Devil has nothing in you because Jesus has already won all your battles. Stand strong.

What do you have now ?

The rate at which people are getting anxious, tired, depressed, and frustrated these days has been on an increase. You are a LIFE-GIVER | a reminder

He was lying dead on the table right there before my eyes. I could hear the sound of all the people outside the room, crying, mourning and lamenting. Every one was disoriented, not knowing what to do next.
