Someone asked me a certain day, "How do you know you will never be small or average in this life?"  At first, I tried to think about the answer to give him, but I couldn't. So I said, "I just know on my inside". I went home that day, turned to God, and asked Him the same question," Lord how do I know I will never be small or average in this life?" Some say, "I don't have the time" and others, " I don't even know where to start from". There's one ultimate solution to anxiety and depression, though not popular yet it works a whole lot. What causes you depression in the first place is the kind of thoughts that saturates your mind. And these thoughts can be expressed in words, so by your own words, I can easily notice if you are depressed or not. In the same way, you can get away from anxiety and depression by changing the thoughts that saturate your mind and you can do this by speaking and listening to good words. At a point in my life, I suffered a lack of money, which you might want to call 'poverty '. At that phase, it seemed like all hope was lost, I wasn't used to such kind of life, coupled with the fact that I had a whole lot of bills to pay. Do you not wonder at how creative , the whole creation is? See the sun suspended in the sky, yet when the night comes it goes to hide and allows the moon and stars to shine. Various birds of the air  wearing different attairs and speaking different languages. What about the animal on land, More than 1million kinds yet beautiful in their one way. The mountains and valleys situated just where they have been since forever.... All of this creativity, God applied Himself. Why then do you wonder if your life will ever be beautiful?
