How to know a man or woman who can never remain small in life | Simple principles of having a great life.

Someone asked me a certain day, "How do you know you will never be small or average in this life?"  At first, I tried to think about the answer to give him, but I couldn't. So I said, "I just know on my inside".

I went home that day, turned to God, and asked Him the same question," Lord how do I know I will never be small or average in this life?" He answered me," My Word has the answers to all your questions..." So I went to search the scriptures.

  In this article, you will find a few of the many I found. If you are interested in having a great life (filled with much impact) then it's for you.

I will be giving bible scriptures to back up whatever point I raise so you know that it is God speaking directly to you.

1. He/She knows God:They that know their God, shall be strong and do exploit( Dan 11: 32b). I intentionally made this the first because it's the foundation. Jesus, Himself said it in john 17:4, eternal life comes by knowing God. Knowing God here typifies an intimate relationship with God. This is not about going to church or joining the family's devotion(they are actually important). I am talking about a personal relationship with God. Knowing Him as your father and friend will instill courage in you. You know, when you know someone, you can boast in them, You can beat your chest that they will never let you down, that's how it is. Knowing God builds your confidence in Him. Making you more certain and conscious that you are destined for that great life which he has promised in His Word. It's really important to be conscious of that great life, so you can walk in it. He has said..," I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper...plans to give you a future and hope"
The word of God does not lie. So, if you know God, you will be strong and you will do exploits. it's as simple as that.

2. He/She delights in His Word: The Word of God says it exactly... He who delights in the word of shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, which brings forth fruits in its season...(psalm 1:1-3).
Having Delight in the Word of God means finding Joy and pleasure in his word. This doesn't always come naturally, but you can learn it by intentionally doing it. It all comes from a place of 'knowing'. Knowing that God is an eternal being, that knows exactly what He's saying when he says it. Knowing that God always wants the best for you every time because he has already foreseen your future. This will make you trust His Word and take pleasure in it.

 Now according to the word of God, the natural result of delighting in God's word is that you will bear fruits endlessly and that you will prosper in all you do. God's word is final.

3. He/She meditates in it day and night: Jos 1:8 is a very popular verse that many can quote freely. But the treasure in that scripture is endless. That verse insinuates that if you stay on the word continually, doing what it says and confessing it with your mouth, then the result is prosperity and great success.

All the points I have been given so far are related, you can't correctly do one without the other and that makes it easy. Have a relationship with God through Jesus Christ, listen and delight in his word and let his word become yours...
There's still more;

3. He's/she's diligent in what He does: Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men(Prov 22:29) . The question here becomes, 'what has God given you to do? What gift has he put in your hands? What service has he assigned to you?'  If you are diligent in it, greatness is sure. Remember, it doesn't necessarily have to start big, the idea is to be diligent in it and the result is that you will stand before kings. That's greatness.

4. He/she seeks God's opinion concerning everything: (Lean not on your own understanding..prov 3:5) When a man wants to know God's opinion concerning everything, greatness is guaranteed. The direct result according to the word is that God will make his part straight. Hence he will make fewer mistakes.

5. He/she is a giver:The word says it's... it is more blessed to give than to receive(acts 20:35). This doesn't mean that it's wrong to receive, it only places the giver ahead. You know the popular saying,' Givers never lack'... it's true... It's hard to see a giver small because the bible says the measure with which you give is the measure you will receive... If you are a great giver then you will receive great things. The scriptures can not be broken... Whatever a man sows he reaps... And remember this includes monetarily, in service, in time, or other resources.

7. He is totally dependent on God's grace and strength and not his ability. Grace is God's ability in a man that distinguishes Him from his peers. According to john 1:16, we all have received grace for Grace already. By depending completely on God to direct our steps, and establish our ways,  we align ourselves to that grace.

There's much more to discover in the scriptures. Note: Every believer has already been destined for greatest but the ones that will make it manifest are those that will align their minds to this greatest in God. "You can only be as small or great as your mind' which is why you need to align your mind to think greatness
